WHO IS DR PHIL?
Decades ago, when the world was simpler and choices were more limited, PHIL JOFFE was South African TV’s DR. BOD! Dr. Phil Joffe presented GMSA’s BODY BEAT exercise program on national TV for 10 years, diverting and educating over one and a half million viewers most mornings. His presence became synonymous with informed, relaxed fitness and good-humored health.

He informs and entertains a wide range of audiences and readers by delivering significant material in a knowledgeable and amusing manner.

QUALIFICATIONS
Academically, Phil was awarded his Honours degree by the University of Natal, a Master of Arts degree by the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, and a Doctorate by London University, but his many and varied long-life experiences have deluded him into believing he is qualified to offer advice to all and sundry!
