I have been involved in exercise-fitness-wellness for over half a century.
I have actively participated in amateur sports, such as soccer, cricket, tennis, squash, swimming, JKA karate and have competed in South African provincial and national body-building events.
I am qualified to instruct all forms of exercise, and focus, currently, more on Pilates and Yoga, aiming to reach a more mature-age group of participants.
For a period of ten years, I was the presenter for South Africa’s only television exercise program, SATV’s BODY BEAT. This daily, early-morning show provided a 10minute exercise session for over one and a half million viewers. Why waste a decade of good exercise, when I can share some of the output with you?
