drphil (Phil Joffe) has been involved, over the past 45 years, in a number of sporting activities, playing soccer, cricket, squash and tennis; body-surfing and participating in karate, body-building, exercise-to-music classes; instructing step, shape, Yoga, Pilates, and other fitness classes, and presenting exercise on national TV for a decade.
He recognises that one has to live as comfortably as one can in the body one inherits, and seeks to provide advice and information that will contribute to empowering all to live healthier, more active and fit lives, so that wellness is achieved
